A ten year old once told me that, "part of being human is helping others". It is amazing how we often forget
the little things in life. Sometimes we focus so much on everything that is going on in our lives that we often let things
slip through the cracks that we shouldn't. We all do this. We allow ourselves to get caught up in the world and all the
things that tie us down and we forget that there are so many people out there that need our help, need whatever we
can give, but need us nonetheless.
We try very hard to give back to the community. Many factors and changes in our lives have allowed us to see the
things that we take for granted. It is amazing how those things change your focus and how you choose to live your life
as a whole. Giving back has become the primary theme behind our company and what we represent. Several of our
staff members dedicate much of their lives to giving back to the people who need us most. Although we do not believe
that giving back to charity is about recognizing yourself for your own efforts, we feel that it is important to talk about
what we are doing in an effort to get others to act. We challenge anyone, any company, to join a cause and stick with it.
Help where you can, give your time, and allow others to benefit because of it.
Here are a few of the charitable organizations that we are currently working with and suggest that you contact directly and
see what you can do to help. These are fantastic organizations and need all of the help they can get.
Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC)
CHOC is located just a few miles from our offices in Orange County. They are one of the greatest organizations we have
given to. We have worked every year with them in their Donation Drives and several of us also donate our time to
volunteering directly at the hospital each week. There is nothing better than giving back to children in need. They are truly
the greatest gift that God has given us.
Kristie's Foundation
Kristie's Foundation is a wonderful organization that we started working with here in 2009. They are dedicated to
helping families with critically ill children. Their project Kristie's Place is something more than wonderful. They are
raising money to build the first children's end of life care facility in Southern California. Please take the time to look at their
website and see what you can do to help. They are a smaller charity and can definitely benefit from all the help you can provide!
Susan G. Komen For The Cure
Susan G. Komen For The Cure is a national organization for breast cancer awareness.
We have several staff members who dedicate a lot of time to their organization functions and walks. Take the time to look
at their website. It is packed full of information and activities that you can participate in to help out.
